Starlight Customizer has no billing system, invoicing flow, refund policy, or enterprise contract, because the tool is free, MIT-licensed, and runs entirely on your own machine. This page also exists to exercise a sidebar label long enough to wrap onto a second line in the navigation panel.
If you were expecting an invoice
Section titled “If you were expecting an invoice”You won’t get one. There is no subscription to cancel and no seat count to true up at renewal time.
If you need something billing-shaped anyway
